In the name of God Amen. I George Repine of Blacklick Township in the County of Indiana, being in good health of body and of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say: I order that all my just debts funeral expenses and charges of proving this my will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied, and after payment thereof and every part thereof. I give and bequeath to my son John C. Repine of Indiana County the sum of nine dollars and fifty cents having previously given him ninety Dollars & fifty cents for which I hold his receipt as part of his dower which will be one hundred Dollars to be paid to him one year after my decease by my executors herein after named. I give and bequeath to my daughter Leah intermarried with Joseph Clawson I give and bequeath the some of one Dollar and whereas I have given my son Michael Repine who now reside in Wisconsin Twenty two acres and one half of land for which I hold his receipt bearing date the 7th day of November A.D. 1859 which is in full of all he was to have from my Estate and all that he will that he is to have. To my daughter Rachel Intermarried with William ?Frasher? Of Indiana County I give and bequeath the sum of fifty Dollars to be paid to her by my Executors withing Two years after my decease. To my daughter Elizabeth Intermarried with T.H. Spyers of Westmoreland County I give and bequeath the sum of one Dollar to be paid to her by my Executors one year after my decease. To Ann M. Repine widow of my son Jacob P. Repine deceased, I give and bequeath the annual or yearly rents of the tenant house on the peace of land which I purchased of John Skinner, so long as she remains the widow of my deceased son aforesaid. And as to my Real Estate and all the rest and residue of my personal estate and effects whatsoever which shall remain after payment of my debts and funeral expenses and the aforesaid specific and pecuniary legacies and interest I give and bequeath the same to my grand Christopher C. Repine his executors and administrators. And I nominate and appoint George W. Cribs of Blacklick Township Indiana County Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other wills by me heretofore made, and declare this only to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the Testator have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal the Sixth day of December A.D. 1866.

Be it Remembered that on the 16th day of January A.D. 1868 Before me A.L. McCusky Register for the probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for said County was duly proved and approved by the Oaths of Archibald Davis and David W. Spires subscribing Witnesses thereto.

Same day letters Testamentary Issued to George W. Cribbs Executor in said will named he having been first duly sworn according to law.
