Will of Richard Repine Will Book 9, pg. 197 "1893" #6152 Richard Repine I the undersigned Richard Repine of North Mahoning Township, Indiana County, Penna. Being aged and infirm but being of sound mind and disposing memory and understanding do make and declare this to be my last will & testament in manner as follows.Item 1 and First I direct that my body be decently interred and all my just debts funeral expenses and charges of proving this my will be paid & satisfied. Item 2 To my beloved wife Sarah Catharine, I bequeath her a good and comfortable living during her natural life and also good cure during sickness expense thereof to be paid share and share alike by my sons John K. and Clemson A. - Item 3 I bequeath to my daughter Margaret five dollars. Item 4 I bequeath to my daughter Martha five dollars. Item 5 I bequeath to my daughter Clara three hundred dollars. Item 6 and I also bequeath to my daughter Lydia S. three hundred dollars. Item 7 I bequeath to my sons John K. and Clemson A. my farm on which I now reside conditioned that they each share and share alike pay the above bequests or Items 1, 3, 4 & 5 within one year after my decease. Item 6 not to be paid until the death of my wife Sarah Catherine. I direct that my personal property be appraised and applied in payment of the above expenses & bequests and in case any monies remain over and above said expenses and bequests the same shall be divided between my sons John K. and Clemson A. share and share alike and I constitute and appoint my son John K. my sole executor of this my last will and testament witness my hand and seal this 20th day of May A.D. 1893. Register for the Probate of Wills etc. in and for said County, was duly proved and approved the foregoing instrument of writing as and for the last will and testament of Richard Repine late of North Mahoning Twp. Decd who died on the 21st day of February 1899 at 8:30 oclock P.M. - By Affidavit of John K. Repine - by the oaths of J.F. Blakley and A.J.T. Crawford the subscribing witnesses to said Instrument of writing. Same day Letters Testamentary granted to John K. Repine executor in said will named he having first been duly sworn according to law.
