Will of John Repine Will Book 4, pg. 443 "1877" #3350 John Repine In the name of God Amen I John Repine of the Township of Burrell, County of Indiana and State of Pennsylvania being in full health of body but of sound and disposing mind and memory do declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I order that all my just debts and funeral expenses and charges of proving this my will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied and after payment thereof and any first thereof and as to such worldly goods as it hath pleased God to intrust me with which may be due or owing to me by Notes or dues in any manner whatsoever or wheresoever or any money I may have on hand at the time of my decease I give and bequeath to my two Daughters Amy E. Hill intermarried with James Hill and Mary E. Hill widow of B. Hill decd and my granddaughter Mary Bridge, daughter of my daughter Matilda Bridge decd who intermarried with Augustus Bridge, each Share and Share alike and as to my Real Estate consisting of about Twelve acres of land now in the Occupancy of Samuel Long I direct my Executor hereinafter named to sell the same as soon as conveniently after my decease whether by Public or Private Sale which ever can be done to the best advantage and authorize him to Execute a deed for the same to be presented to purchasers thereof and the proceeds thereof to be equally divided to the aforesaid Daughters and Grand Child namely Amy E. Hill, Mary E. Hill and my Grand Child Mary E. Bridge, each then and there alike. In witness whereof I the said Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th day of August A.D. 1877 and Lastly before signing I nominate and appoint J.P. Lintner of Burrell Township Indiana County Executor of this my last will and testament.John Repine {seal} In Witness whereof we the undersigned have subscribed our names as witnesses to the signature of John Repine who signed the same and at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto this 17th day of August 1877 Archibald David Irma S. Hill Indiana County SS Be it Remembered that on the 30th day of October 1877 before me D.R. Lewis Register of Wills &c in and for said County was duly proved and approved the foregoing instrument of writing as and for the Last Will and Testament of John Repine decd who died on the 4th day of October 1877 at 7 oclock A.M. By the oath of A. Davis Esq and Irma S. Hill the subscribing witnesses thereto. Same day Letters Testamentary issued to J.P.
